JOB SUMMARY
Create, maintain and audit airline-menu specifications in Microsoft Navision to ensure 100 % accuracy of recipes, allergens, weights and photographs for +35 000 daily in-flight meals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TIME SPLIT
50 % – Build & release menu specs (Excel & Navision BOMs, allergen tags, cost rollups)
20 % – Liaise with chefs, purchasing, QA & finance; chair monthly menu-change meetings
10 % – Weigh, photograph and archive every dish; maintain version-control log
10 % – Support Costing Analyst with yield tests and ad-hoc margin analysis
10 % – Continuous-improvement projects (template automation, data cleansing)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Statistics, Finance, Food Science or related)
- 2+ years experience with Bill of Materials, recipe data, or technical specifications in food manufacturing, catering or FMCG
- Advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros)
- Hands-on ERP experience; Microsoft Navision strongly preferred
- Fluent English (written & oral); additional language a plusDESIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of culinary arts / HACCP / airline catering standards
- PowerPoint presentation skills for client menu reviews
- Colour vision & close-vision accuracy for photo-to-spec comparison
- Ability to lift 10 kg (sample trays, ingredient boxes)WORK ENVIRONMENT
